    Default On a job application

    The statement is...

    People, on the whole tend to complain about things that are not important.

    The options are :- strongly agree, agree, disagree or strongly disagree.

    What would you put?

    There aren't enough options, but 'agree' would be my choice, especially taking GOM into consideration.

    I'd say agree too. But if the job is for dealing with people who are going to moan a lot then would it be better to say 'disagree' therefore giving the impression that one feels that to each person ones complaints are important?

    You're probably right, so maybe it would be an idea to tell us what the job entails? It would be easier then to make a choice or give an opinion.

    I'd still say agree I think - but I'm stubborn and I'll stick to my guns on my views... even for a job.

    I had to do a weird personality test for one job - it asked things like "do you know why the stars twinkle "
