I hate cows, I once got followed by a load when I was crossing through a field. They all start walking towards you in that horrible zombie movie type way and stare at you all funny.

Horses are even munching worse!

They reckon the cows went for her because of the dogs, and advise you let your dogs off the lead if it happens to you.

Dead right, Noddy likes chasing herds of cows.

They don't munching trample me!!!

I took my brothers dog out once and the cows started chasing her
Then she was trying to hide behind me while I was trying to get rid of her!

Mr M is right, horses are evil. If I come across a field with horses in it I get a bit nervous. If I can find another way around I will

Horses are more apt to run away from you, though, and NOT trample you. Cows just don't care. Stampeding horses will try to jump over you; stampeding cows will turn you into mulch.

My experience with horses in fields was different to that. They walked up behind me and started banging into me, and trying to stamp on my dog. Miserable hairbears.

Then they stood at their gate, watching me for ages as I walked away. Creepy rascals.
