this actually makes sense because the maggots only eat decaying flesh or dead skin cells. I wonder if in the future they can develop maggots to eat dead skin cells in your face.

How much do you think a spa would charge for that?

On a lighter note, maybe, film stars used to swallow tape worm eggs to lose weight. YOu have to admit, it is all natural and drug free. I couldn't stomach taking a dump , then looking back to see a tape worm working his way around the toilet bowl, though.
