Something needs to happen with hopeless car thieves, young burglers and little arseholes who believe what's your is theirs.

Fuck em. If they really believe they have the right to make businesses collapse (sorry but I watched someone only last week go completely out of business cos of some filthy little turds who needs their hands smashing with a large hammer), who believe they have a right to break into a house etc..they need teaching a lesson.

Since hanging and handchopping is actually useless to society, there has to be a way to forcefully turn them into useful characters somehow.

This is not such a bad idea.
