It's not Owen Hart. There is actually NO FOOTAGE AT ALL of Owen Hart's death.
This was some sort of Scaffold match between New Jack and Vic Grimes. Might be from XPW or some other hardcore wrestling federation.
Don't no why some people think it's Owen Hart like, cos that was at Over The Edge.
