Aye, they do me if I let them. I just do this thing where my head just doesn't go there or else I'd spend most me days with wet cheeks over one thing or another.

I know. When you see things like that that are so awful, it's terrible to think that the baby will never be normal and it's heartbreaking to think of the life he or she will have, and all the operations etc, assuming they survive that is.

Yep. Life can be so cruel sometimes. It doesn't happen much so when it does it sort of becomes a freak show or a novelty as well as just plain strange for those who are not directly involved. It's weird though, when we see baby fury animals with odd defects we often think they look cute but when it happens to a baby human we never refer to them as cute.
