You start a thread called "Britain Prepares for Hospital Attacks", then link to a story which doesn't mention hospital attacks. Clearly you have a reading problem if you think that report concerns attacks on hospitals.

There is no mention of attacking hospitals it is planning what they are gonna do with hospitals if some chemical attacks take place at somewhere else other than the hospital!

Your thread title makes it sound like the hospitals are the targets when this is clearly not the point of the article. They are preparing to deal with victims of said terror attacks somewhere other than the hospital or have I got a problem reading?
