This poor bugger is Huang Chuncai, otherwise known as China's Elephant Man. He has suffered from a huge facial tumour for more than 30 years which makes him look like his face is melting from his skull. Cool.
This horrid condition is known as neurofibromatosis. In addition to the obvious difficulties in breathing, eating, hearing and seeing, the poor rascal was also in extreme discomfort. That is until just days ago when the tumour was successfully removed at a specialist Chinese hospital.
