A deformed baby girl has been born in South Africa with a penis on her forehead.

The infant, who hasn’t survived was also a cyclops with one eye on its forehead next to the penis. A 16-year-old girl gave birth to the baby at the Dr Malizo Mpehle Memorial Hospital in Tsolo, doctors report that the baby was severely deformed and its intestines were outside its body.

That's awful but i'm surprised that something so deformed and topsy turvy can survive that long to take a proper human form, I thought that usually they were sort of like rejected way before they had much shape to them.
