There does seem to be a peculiar amount of weirdos in Japan.

We have a little street of shops near here, the sort of place that only locals go, it's far away from any of the attractions etc etc but a few months ago I saw a couple of Japanese tourists walking down there with those colourful paper face masks on and huge cameras around their necks, it was very funny.
