Norrie May-Welby has had it's birth certificate changed so it says "no-gender". It's the first time ever apparently, but something tells me it isn't the first ever genderless person to exist.

Apparently doctors couldn't identify the sex, but looking at the Tharg impression it's doing in that photo I reckon it's actually Betelgusian.
