This is an odd one. A huge fuss has blown up over 18 year old Sarah Rodriguez, the teenager goes by the name of Wolfie Blackheart, wears a dog harness and a false tail and like collecting skulls of dead animals. Sounds pretty cool to me, although at aged 18 maybe she should be growing up a bit.

Anyhow, word got out about her hobbies and she's now being investigated by police and animal welfare in San Antonio. I don't believe she killed the dog, but it's got plenty of people talking about it.

She has a brain injury cause by a car wreck a few years back. She does not have "issues" as you might put it.
