Mr Hands was some weirdo who liked to get bummed by adult horses and film it.

One day he suffered internal injuries from the horse knob and died, that's when he became more famous. Especially after he was named as Kenneth Pinyan, an engineer who worked for Boeing.

After he died the police investigated but as there were no laws against bestiality in Washington State the very best they could do was to charge his friend and accomplice James Tait with trespass.

That was all four years ago, and this week Tait has been arrested in Tennessee for bumming horses again! But in Tennessee they have laws in place to deal with the deviant.
