Two kids aged 12 and 13 from Russia have attacked an alcoholic in his home and cut his heart out whilst he was still breathing. Bonkers.

Best bit, they're too young to be prosecuted so they walked free.

It does seem crazy that they can't be prosecuted. I understand the age thing and all that, but they should still be locked up. This just means that if you are under age then you can do what you like. Russia certainly won't be next ion my list of countries to visit in that case.
