Seems incredible doesn't it ... On the other hand, if he does indeed have memory loss, difficulty talking and suffers from seizures it is perhaps not surprising that the CPS has decided they may not be able to bring a case.

It would probably be far more detrimental to young Mr Gator had the case been brought to court and the young thugs been exonerated because of his inability to support a case against them.




PS: Maybe the investigation should have been conducted as if there wasn't a survivor to the assault. The evidence then might have been sufficient.

thats a great idea mim had he died the little scroats that did this to him would have got life , but thank goodness he didnt and may yet get some quality of life !

You'd have thought there was some sort of forensic evidence which would back him up though.

yes you'd think there would be.. also what about all the cctv,or does that only zoom in on number plate recognition.

more like there's such a backlog of forensic data,that most of it won't be analysed before the one year one day trial time limit runs out? does this still stand,does anyone know?
