There is no AND, just sick of them being indicated in EVERY dog attack, its profiling, and its not fair to the breed, they have enough trouble because careless owners teach them horrible things & the remaining innocents get a bad rep for it. If they are going to post a picture, let it be a picture of the actual dogs
