If you think the NHS is bad you want to steer clear of Malaysia.

Undercover reporters at a care home for the mentally disabled saw the residents kept naked in cages, chained to their beds. They were only fed properly at weekends, to avoid too much shitting. They didn't have toilets, so they shit all over themselves and the floors and then everything just gets hosed down. Lovely.

I laughed at first when reading this but, I would totally be the rebel force against their brainwashing and lead a rebellion and free the demented souls from their prison.
