A 13 year old boy in China has murdered a three year old girl and raped her corpse.
Under Chinese law he cannot be prosecuted for a criminal offence so he will just walk free.

That kid needs some serious intervention. If he cannot be charged under their criminal law surely there must be something that can ensure some comeback for the perpetrator?
How on earth can anyone compensate you for the horrendous death of your 3 year old ... and what is a 3 year old doing outside on her own?

This is bleeding evil at ten the Bulger killers were prosecuted I believe a child of ten knows right and wrong punish the little sod, not by killing him but getting him to understand you can not do this kind of thing

I agree that he needs to face consequences. He took a life - a little girl's life! I thought people were jailed and executed for lesser crimes in China?

Not if you're under 14 apparently. Seems it's all or nothing, if he'd been 12 months older he'd have been executed by now.
