72 year old Kateryna Pyrczak was discovered by paramedics lying in her own faeces with hundreds of maggots eating her gangrenous rotting legs.

The woman's daughter was supposed to be caring for her, but didn't want to risk an $800 charge for medical help, so she left the woman to rot and simply covered the stench of rotting flesh with air freshner and used fly spray to try and keep the bugs off her.

What a way to go ... That poor poor woman. There is no two ways that this is anything but a casse of malicious neglect. Even if the daughter had cause for fearing a charge for the service not using the medical service is inexcusable.

She certainly should be incarcerated for this. I cannot see any community service being sufficient punishment.
