Well you could say that, or you could say he's no longer a danger as he seems to have learnt his lesson and doesn't interfere with boys anymore. Just drinks their piss!

Maybe he has learnt his lesson, but most of these offenders will re-offend at some point and I reckon it's best not to allow him the temptation. They could put him in a looney-bin and feed him as much urine as he wants without letting him loose in public.

He hadn't broken any existing laws, so they made some up to prosecute him. That just doesn't seem fair to me, how can that be right?

Though personally I can see nothing all that attractive in what Mr Patton is doing and certainly would not want to follow in his footsteps I do think that prosecuting the man is ludicrous. Even more so when special laws have to be enacted in order to prosecute him retrospectively.

The fact that he can now, with seeming impunity, can be harassed by the small minded morality hounds while engaged in his lawful business speaks volumes re the small minded parochialism that apprently reigns.

If they want to make it illegal to collect piss then fair enough, it doesn't seem like the kind of thing society really needs going on, but prosecuting people retrospectively? That's just wrong.

They've changed the law, if he does it again then prosecute him.

I think if they could have pulled it off they'd have just hanged him or burned him at the stake but jail seemed more obvious.
