I bet that claim is being exaggerated for dosh reasons. Legal action. More money for the legal leeches.

There is a TV advert with Billy Murray switching on illuminations and telling us all to sue someone.

"They are real lawyers!" quothes he as if all the other adverts for legal assistance are for shysters and chancers. Remind me again what TV show his lovely daughter appears in?

You get 100% of your claim

Food isn't allowed to smell anymore? There is an after odour of fish and other fresh foods in my house on occasions. I should sue myself perhaps?

I hate those chip shops though that stink of burnt and old chip oil. You can smell them halfway down the road. Yuck!
