I think that's the name of the guy in Hitchhikers guide to the Galaxy who had two heads.
Rather bad taste though.
I would have thought 'she' was actually two babies with one body rather than one baby with two heads, after all two brains could make two different decisions. Always assuming that 'she' reaches an age to make decisions.
If she has trouble pumping enough blood round to feed two brains she may be brain damaged anyway.
An awful situation for the parents.
