That was quite good. There were some really good shots of her where you could clearly see the headless parasite, and where it's head should've been.

Because she dragged the parasite around when she crawled it had a big pressure sore where it's neck stump was which gave it the impression of being freshly decapitated.

Yeah, it was amazing what they did. Her own legs were originally right out at the side of her hips practically at right angles. They had to remove the parasitic twin and then reconstruct her pelvis and bring her legs down in line with her body. The show finished a month or so after the op and she was starting to walk with the aid of a frame.
