Torchwood: The New World
That's the new title for season four of Torchwood and it's going to be filmed in Cardiff and Los Angeles.
Capt. Jack, Gwen and Rhys are all returning, and they'll be joined by a couple of CIA agents to form the new Torchwood team, based in L.A.
Russell T. Davies has enlisted a team of great writers to work on the series, which will be a ten-parter.

Enver Gjokaj who played Victor in Dollhouse may be joining the Torchwood team as a CIA agent.

Gjokaj missed out, some bloke out of ER and Lie To Me is playing the CIA agent. The President out of Independence Day is a series regular too!
