The Disfigured On Television
Channel Five have just announced that they will be using a disfigured newsreader all next week.
James Partridge was severely burned when he was 18, he now runs a charity called Changing Faces. Would you switch over?
Channel 4 are also about to launch a new TV show from the writers of Skins and Shameless which features a cast of disabled and disfigured actors. I've seen Victoria Wright on TV before, she's really not got a face you'd easily forget. And I've seen Mat Fraser on TV loads of times too, he really is good.
Cast Offs may turn out to be groundbreaking, or it could just as easily be a disaster, what do you reckon?

Re: The Disfigured On Television
I'll give it a watch. As long as it's entertaining I don't care what people look like.
I really admire five news for what they are trying to do, Disabled people like this should have the same ability to be newsreaders hope this sets a precedent that others will soon follow.
