The call centres are based in India apparently.
Anyway, it looks like people are just having some fun. Check out the comment from the second Call Centre Staff vid.
That Video was taken at the end of the day when we dont have to hear people screaming at us about something that isnt personaly our fault.
How would you feel working for a company that wont even tell its staff what is going on and wont support them while at the same time getting customers giving us abuse... people expect good service, never gonna happen.
