MacBook VERY Slow

Never been this slow, EVER.

Try downloading the software I told you about here: Mac maintenance

At the very least quit all applications then open your Finder and go to Applications > Utilities > Disk Utility select your hard drive and click 'Repair Disk Permissions'

Then click the little Apple logo in the very top left and select 'Software update' and make sure everything is up to date.

I must do some of this too. My Mac has never been slow though, just sometimes it takes a while to get going after boot up. But it has always run very fast and smoothly. They're still the best you can get if you want speed and reliability.
