Well lets face it, child porn isn't really a good thing

I'm pretty sure the girl in 'American Beauty' was only just 16 when she had a topless scene. I think if parents give permission for a 'art' picture, as is seen on the albums, then it isn't really child porn.

I remember there was a big hoo-ha about Bow Wow Wow's album cover, the leader singer was nude on the cover of that and she was only 15.

That's the definition. If it is art it can't be porn, that's what makes it so hard to define porn.
