The paps sue for the smallest things

Actor Pierce Brosnan accidentally knocked a photographer in the chest, now the photographer is claiming "severe physical and emotional pain and injuries, including bruised ribs".

I agree about the compensation/blame culture. It will only mean that people want something for nothing, in my opinion. I mean most photographers can provoke celebrities enough into hitting them... I just hope all the circumstances are taken into account (and they should be) when the judge makes the decision.

Also the paps are quite known for chasing celebs on bikes or cars. It happend all the time in Hollywood. Some have even caused injuries to some celebs.

It gets THEIR name in the paper too.

I was in the Tate Modern - watching people falling into that crack and wondering if they were going to sue anyone. The crack is so obvious - yet idiots can still endeavour to fall over it - in it etc.

Maybe if the paps were not close enough this would not happen. They just in their faces to make that quick buck and then hope that they get hit to make more money.
