Kanye thanks his fans
US rap star Kanye West has thanked his fans for their support after the death of his mother was announced.
Kanye's publicist said the star "would like to thank everyone for the outpouring of support and kind words."
Dr Donda West died in LA after complications following surgery.
Dr West managed the business and edicational foundation for her son.
