The WCW Thread
WCW, which stands for World Championship Wrestling. It began in 1988 until it's demise in 2001. The Monday Nitro programme aired in 1995 and then began the Monday Night Wars with WWF(WWE).
Thunder aired in 1998 until 2001.
In the UK, WCW broadcast on TNT UK until the channel was replaced with TCM.
2001 then saw the takeover of WCW by Vince McMahon and then the Invasion from WCW/ECW began.

Vince Russo tells Jeff Jarrett to lie down in the middle of the ring, forcing Hogan to win the belt.
It was his last match at WCW.
