North-East radio station Metro Radio has gotten into trouble with Ofcom after a listener said he had been unfairly treated on Night Owls, presented by Alan Robson. Although the listener complained about his treatment there was nothing to back him up as a copy had not been kept for at least 42 days.

Hmmm, definitely smacks of foul play. I wonder if the were just trying to brush the matter under the carpet by deleting it.
