Sure it's nasty, but honestly the poop doesn't even look real. Seems like they put that substance up their ass then pushed it back out. There's been so much hype about this video on how awful it is and although it's not something to watch while having dinner, its certainly not even close to how disgusting some videos are on the internet. If you want really bad, watch this video of three kids murdering a man with a hammer and other tools. Definitely real, definitely messed up.

I guess I can't post links so just search on google for "ukraine hammer killings video". It should be the first link. You have to scroll down a little and the video is right there. Reading the translated script of what the kids are saying is almost worse... but not really.
