Last Tuesday - I was close to losing it at the airport I was at but sensing oncoming hypocrisy - I controlled myself. A young Russian speaker doesn't know how lucky he was. To reach London unscathed!
Once through - noting books being read next door to me and the missus - I am glad I did - control myself. And on the plane - it was surreal. Remember when that woman picked up the guitar in "Airplane" and the pasted on grins for that unknowingly expiring transplant girl? And Russians do not need landing cards until the "second call" by the stewards?

I do not expect special treatment as an airline passenger - even though I am a valued member of Morningstarr -
. But Ryanair is something else. Deserted railways stations and I get a deserted airport terminal, run by a mini "Russian mafia" and Terrorvision (Terravison coach transfer - but you get my point).
