Roy Scheider has died!!
Star of the Jaws movies Roy Scheider has died at the age of 75. He had been getting treatment for multiple myeloma and died at the Little Rock hospital in Arkansas.
He had also starred in such films like The French Connection and All That Jazz.

I only watched Jaws 2 the other night.
Roy Scheider was in some of my favorite films, Jaws, 2010, Naked Lunch.
I would go as far to say that Jaws is my favorite film EVER.
The chemistry that the three leads had has never been surpassed in my opinion, especially during Robert Shaw's classic Indianapolis speech.
The phrase "You're gonna need a bigger boat" is one of the most quoted lines from film history and Roy was the fella that said it!
A great loss. I am gutted.

I didn't know he was that old. A sad loss and like ZM he was in some of my favourite movies. He was really good in 2010.
