Re: UFO's in London
Of course UFOs were spotted in London. They are spotted all the time all over the world. It doesn't mean that they come from outer space though. Most of the people who say they saw them are either slightly strange, or totally unqualified to correctly assess what an object in the sky could be. In addition, most photographs and video only foll people who are unaware of the effects of photography in certain conditions, i.e. the same sort of people that think the pictures form the lunar surface are fakes and at the same time display absolutely no or false knowledge of photography.

Re: UFO's in London
i can remember when my daughter was no more than 3, cos she was very aware of info, but still only young.
it was christmas eve, and my parents where coming to stay, so we where all excited, and they where late, which wasnt like them at all, as my mother is a stickler for everything, time, the lot...plus she didnt beleive in anything paranormal whatsoever, and she beleived those who did where cuckoo!
anyhow, when they arrived the two of them where as white as ghosts, and shaking, all my dad was babbling was "UFO, omg, omg, it was a f*****g UFO"
i quickly hushed them up,(to which my dad became all unreasonable, and asked me if i thought he was bl**dy well lying! i didnt want my girl having nighmares...and got her in bed.
then they told me what happend, they where coming down a road bewteen runcorn and warrington, they lived in runcorn i lived in warrington, the road had lots of wasteland surrounding it all except for this government building (not sure what it was though)
and apparantly they saw this aircraft, they said it was roughly the size of 10 houses in length width etc, but wasnt making a sound.
now, my mother was like hyacinth bucket when it came to being a passenger, but she actually told me dad to "put his effing foot down"
the car wouldnt move at first, but as it started to pull away, apparantly the thing was gone as fast as it had appeared
my parents refused to tell another soul, and i can honestly say i have never seen either of them so scared.
anyway, a few years later there was a phone in on UFO's on radio merseyside, so my dad phoned in anonymously, and the calls came flooding in, apparantly its a common sighting in that aread, but i cant for the life of me remember the name of the road, it was about 11yrs ago now.
i'll try and find out more and post a link or something if i can.
All those who beleive in telekenisis...please raise my hand!
Re: UFO's in London
I knew a lad who worked in the Cambridge area, he got a contract at RAF Mildenhall and swore blind he'd seen a UFO in one of the hangers.
This was about 1990. It turned out to be a stealth bomber.

Re: UFO's in London
true, thats true, and what with it being by a government building i suppose
we keep looking out for something here, we're not that far from menwith hill .... you might have heard of it?
i suppose i should keep my camera batteries charged just incase
i wonder where the time went though? they estimated that they lost about 1/2hr but that could have been that they got such a fright they mis calculated?
All those who beleive in telekenisis...please raise my hand!
Re: UFO's in London
Haslingden is supposed to be one of the best places to spot a UFO in the UK.
That part of Lancashire is like the Bermuda Triangle. Or the land that time forgot, one of those.

Re: UFO's in London
I love the look of the Bomber.
