I think the paranormal term has been very disoriented in this world, and the associations with what 'ghosts' are, have become very misguided over the years. Ghosts are just another form of energy(Just like us), and as we know energy changes in form. So what you usually end up seeing, is an energy reflection projected through the form of an image.

Well, they could be an energy, but since we don't actually know they exist it is difficult to be sure. It's not something we can just make a statement saying "ghosts are a form of energy" as though it is fact. Also, we are matter as well as energy, whereas ghosts, if they exist, are probably just energy, but as I say we just don't know.

Ghosts no spirits yes. My sister died when she was almost 3. Twice a year I feel her presence on her birthday & day she died.

My Mum saw a ghost in a house that she and my Dad were minding. She turned round and saw a curly haired bloke in regency costume behind her. Apparently he just smiled and then dissolved! Personally I would have been out of there before the dust settled, but they stayed for another week or so.

I think ghosts exist but like a film in time..

When a ghost appears to walk through a wall,or door,they are not actually walking through the door,or wall,because at the time,there was no wall.

How it gets trapped in time or gets revealed,I haven't got a friggin' clue...
