• But is walking and talking and asking for pizza

I'm not surprised, he was a fucking zombie!

Right when this story broke the reason it was being compared to a zombie attack is it was cannibalistic, with particular attention to the head as if he were trying to eat the brains. And he was also shot multiple times and carried on trying to eat the tramp, like a zombie might until you shot it right in the head.

The fact the nutter was naked didn't really enter into it, if anything that spoiled the illusion by suggesting that it was just a nutter if he was running around with no clothes on.

Well now any fucking story that has the slightest resemblance to the original is automatically a 'zombie'.
