There's no way that could be any natural occurrence, so what is it? Trick photography? They've done a good job of it, it looks great.

Trick photography I think. That would be easy to do even just in Windows Movie Maker. It doesn't look right to me because it is below the cloud cover, therefore not too far away, but there is no 3D quality to it. It looks like it is in 2D and therefore fake. That's just my opinion though.
