I find this phrase somewhat amusing: -

"Of the images found, 84 were classified as level five, the worst level of child pornography."

I can just image a crack team of police officials that have to sit around a table looking at porn and rating them...

"Humm, well. I'll give that one a level three. Sweet Jesus, Dave! Look at this one. That's a level five if ever I saw one."

I believe you'll find that it's quite normal for the media to report crimes and arrests before trial, it doesn't take much thinking about really, does it?
It happens on an almost daily basis somewhere or other.
