Do you find things much cheaper after christmas then ? i havnt been on there very long and mostly buy. I wonder what Richard thinks about this ?

I would think so. I've never bought or been on eBay.

I hardly use ebay, once for tickets to see a band, once for a bit for my PC and a couple of things from the buy it now shops 'cos they didn't exist anywhere else on the web.

I usually use kelkoo if I want a bargain.

Ebay's good for old books and mags.

I buy everything I can off Ebay.

It's the first place I look for stuff, particularly household purchases and appliances.

Over the past two years I think we've saved an absolute shedload of cash.

I tend to buy locally and collect the stuff - I've been ripped off a couple of times but only for pin-money.

I'm a big fan of the place - I'm hoping to start selling soon!

Im an ebay addict, bought some ram from america for me dad, however it was incompatible with his motherboard(his motherboard wont recognise over 512mb) paid 33 quid. Relisted it and got 44 squids for it. I use it all the time thats were I got me kids wii, have bought car parts, car stereos,pc parts, clothes(chelsea shite for hubby). Have only bought one thing that didnt turn up but got fully refunded through paypal.
