Default Slave labour alive in France?

While out walking the dog, I've come across big groups of 'blacks', busily being ordered about - working for nothing in dangerous situations.....and I've come to the conclusion, that slave labour among 'blacks' is still very much alive today - yet goes by unnoticed by a lot of people (but I'm very perceptive and notice these things  ).

I was disgusted to find 'blacks' carrying things and busily working their little butts off in the scorching heat over here - adults and kids. hock:

We've been led to believe that it's okay for this to go on right under our noses, by labeling this 'slave trade' as an army. hock:

So why do they call them ant armies? What makes them an army and not a 'labour camp'? Having watched them 'at work' - I've come to 'feel' for these little fellows as I drop lit cig butts at their feet and watch them hurredly dash around 'on fire' - but they still 'work' in these dangerous situations - only stopping when my foot squashes the worthless life out of them.....why do they do it?

So - the 'point' of this story - is to ask why they're called an army? :? All I see, is a bunch of 'blacks' being slaves.....I've never once seen a 'white' involved - and we all know an army employs a range of ethnic groups....is it to ease our conscience?

How cruel and nasty can some people be?
We should have every respect for other living creatures, no matter how insignificant we think they are.
Ants do less harm than humans and don't deserve to be burned or squashed.
On our evening walk we pass many colonies and carefully walk around them, all they're doing is trying to exist nd we must be grateful that there aren't bigger bugs to tread on us.

Ants employ a form of altruism, now that is something worth debating. What a load of tosh!

Funny you should say that - just after that post - I ran to the toilet and couldn't stop being sick (It's also been the hottest day of the year so far - so you could add sun stroke into that as well )...I've been in bed most of the day...

..and SFB - I was only joking about the burning and stamping on them....I don't do that - I do watch them though because I find them fascinating....honestly - It was a joke - I never harm them in any way - I'm a nature lover, so wouldn't be that cruel

I thought there was something strange about you today. I know you're usually a little bit potty but not normally that potty. I quite liked it though, you should be sick more often!
