Calling all girly girls
Are there any girly girls out there?
Well when I say girls, I mean persons of the female gender, you don't have to be a girl.
Anyway, I digress. Are any of you interested in girly things like clothes, make up, you know, general girly things? If not, I won't bother talking about them.

Re: Calling all girly girls
I'm half and half, so I don't mind girly make-up talk n' stuff (although I'm really not into clothes fashion). I can go out, climb a few trees and come home muddy, but I still file my nails (the ones that don't break while I'm out playing ), paint my face and wear shoes with heels that are far too high for me.

Re: Calling all girly girls
Fenella, in your honour I thought of a thread entitled "calling all manly men" then I thought I would be misunderstood.
Anyway I would rather call all girly...... Sorry got to go - the missus calling her girly man. Arnie on an earlier thread! The wuss!
Metrosexual I think it is called. Now where is that pinny?

Hi SFB. well an ex cook saying pinny instead of apron - I should be going underground.
Metrosexual - in short - in touch with your feminine side - not afraid to dress stylishly ( - that aint me) or cry. Think Tom Hanks in Sleepless in Seattle. Yeah, Tom, that little boys acting - I would have cried too - no wonder Mom wanted to get away - death was a bit extreme though.
On Fenella's girly girl thread. There was a radio piece that suggested men with deep voices get more - uh - girly girl action.
How do I make my written threads sound like I possess a deep voice and win Fenella for my own, SFB?

First check with your wife, I'm sure she would know how, or at least give you some tips?

Anything she did to me would give me a high pitched voice which only - uh (cover your ears Fenella -not a slight at you - honest) dogs would hear.

I read about the deep voice thing in the paper anan. Barry White was apparently very successful with women because he had a deep voice.
Anyway, you're doing just fine - us women also like a sense of humour.

Re: Calling all girly girls
But does the Love Walrus's body size become necessary for bellows or was is it optional?
Hey, Barry is sadly no longer with us is he?
Where at all his girlfriends now? Now where is that karaoke machine?
Ah, the missus only allows "Your my first, my last my everything" though!
O bother. I cannot sing that to anyone else. SFB cannot abide fakers and he must be obeyed.

Re: Calling all girly girls
"Hate" is a word I rarely use, it's bandied about much too often for my liking, as with the boy who cried wolf and people who incessantly swear, it loses impact.
