    PC would said is a hardware error and it's over heating!! They've sent it to dell to sort and hopefully be back 2-4 weeks. Bit of a pain but hopefully will be sorted then

    PC world rang to say laptop is mended and back ! Only took 6 days I'm impressed. Picking it up later when got the car
