If you had a child born between 1985 and 2003 you may have missed a tax refund worth up to £1,500. Did you:

Q1 - Have a child(ren) born between April 6th 1985 and April 5th 2003?
Q2- Work and pay tax (or live with a partner who worked and paid tax) between April 2001 and April 2003?
Q3- Did the highest earner in the family earn £6,000+ in one or both years?

Answer YES to these questions and you qualify

This was administered as a change in Tax coding and so was dealt with by your local Tax office (there's a list of offices at the bottom of the page).

I'll have to work out the year I did my Uni work placement... I think it may have been 2002.

Oops - I forgot to add this bit:-
Apparently There are NO FORM 11CTC's in circulation anymore... you need to write to the tax office and ask them to manually open the claim for you.
