I had a run in with one today as the wanker started to write a ticket because I stopped in the road to pick up a skip! The council in question have given the builder a licence to put the skip on this road on a yellow line but if I stop to pick it up I get a ticket?!

I asked him why he was writing the ticket he replied that im double parked. I said how do you expect me to pick the skip up if im not allowed to stop? He replied just move on, which really got my back up...
I said you stupid shit, do you want me to throw the empty one off as I drive past? You shits took money from them for us to put it here, now you want to give me a ticket for picking it up! You dozy bastard, just shit off and find something to do...

He left without writing the ticket...
I dont usually throw wobblies, but the his blatent stupidity riled me...

That would have riled me as well. I had an argument with one once because my wife had stopped in the bus lane to drop me off. There wasn't a bus in sight and she'd have been away in 10 seconds if this numpty hadn't reprimanded her. And as this was going on, a load of buses appeared and they had to pull out and pass. So he created the problem as there wouldn't have been one otherwise.
