just watched ray mears in NZ where a maori eat the stomach out of some shellfish that still had all green seaweed in it

Tripe, i tried it before and it's yuck.

Tripe smells awful. My mate got advised to feed it to her dog when he was poorly and it really really stunk.

Tripe has no choice, it has to stink! It carries shit to the anus....

As for not eating it would have to be brussels sprouts. Never eaten them and will never eat them. I may consider other eating other things but brussels are a big no no.....
