Weather has been nice here, well between the rain showers. We had a nice walk in the forest.

It's been 'summery' here today - blue skies and bright sunshine.

It's been very hot today. I haven't ventured into a bikini yet (I've just been wearing vest tops), but I think I better start from tomorrow. With me being out in the garden a lot recently, I've gone far too dark. I went in the bath this evening and got the shock of my life when I saw my tan marks.

I had to stop the taps running to walk into the front room to show my husband the state of my back. He couldn't see anything wrong until he realised I was naked - he thought I had a white crop top on. I don't know whether I was more shocked at the colour of my skin, or the fact he thought I'd wear a crop top at my age.

A crop top is just a short top that stops before it gets to your stomach. With me bending n' stuff, the vest top would've come up at the back (so the bottom and top of my back has gone dark and makes it look like I've been wearing one ).
