Default The Eagles will release a new album
1970's soft rockers The Eagles who are best known for the single, Hotel California are to release a new album with new music after 30 years. Don Henley who is the founding member was quoted in the Las Vegas Review-Journal that he told a concert crowd a new collection of songs was nearing completion.

The band are one of the most successful recording acts of all time since 1980. The Eagles have released several live albums and hits compilations have also been released. The Eagles formed in 1971 and were influenced by Country and Bluegrass.
They released five studio albums - one of which was 1976's Hotel California that is more famous.

They have since re-united in 1994 for live shows. The Eagles have staged several lucrative tours and released occasional new singles as part of live albums. In the Recording Industry of America, The Eagles Greatest Hits 1971-1975 is the top selling album of all time with the group being the fifth highest selling ever.
