Pendulum's Live show in Los Angeles

Pendulum played their very first headlining gig in Los Angeles last night (October 14) for a packed house at the Mayan Theatre.
The UK-based Australian band let loose with a complete aural assault filled with thundering beats, deep bass and driving guitar riffs.

They got a strong reception from fans on the dance floor, who bounced up and down and crowd surfed almost the entire night. MC Ben "The Verse" Mount offered plenty of encouragement, running around the stage and riling up the audience by shouting, "Raise the roof," "Come on LA," and "Are you feeling this?"

The band focused on material from their recent album 'In Silico', playing tracks including the crowd-pleasing single 'Propane Nightmares' and their remix of The Prodigy's 'Voodoo People'. Rob Swire orchestrated the show, bouncing from synthesisers to his ztar and singing.

"If you're standing still, you're in the wrong place, tonight's your chance to let go," Mount said, and the crowd erupted.
